How long does a project typically take?
Every project is unique, but as a general guide:
- The Design and Planning Permit stages usually take around 12 months.
- Construction typically requires another 18 months, and potentially longer for projects with a construction budget over $1 million.
How are your fees structured?
Fees for full architectural services are offered as a fixed fee, determined once the project scope, complexity and level of involvement are clearly defined.
If the scope of work changes along the way, we’ll provide you with a Variation Fee proposal for approval before proceeding with any adjustments.
