With over two decades of industry experience, Diana leads Fluit Studio with a clear vision: to create thoughtful, timeless and sustainable homes that genuinely enhance everyday life.
Her approach to architecture is grounded in honest communication and a deep respect for both people and place. She believes good architecture begins with listening. By taking the time to understand what matters most to each client, she creates homes that are not only beautiful and functional, but carefully aligned with the way they live.
Sustainability is at the core of her practice and passion. Diana remains committed to low-impact design, healthy materials, and climate-responsive thinking, ensuring every project is as environmentally responsible as it is architecturally refined.
Outside of the studio, she enjoys family life and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant food scene.
Nally Pillay
With extensive industry experience, Nally brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, professionalism and interior design expertise to projects at Fluit Studio.
Known for her warm, approachable nature, she excels at building a strong rapport with clients. She takes the time to understand each client’s vision and needs, translating them into spaces that feel both elevated and personal.
In addition to running her own interior design studio, Nally collaborates with Fluit Studio on selected projects, bringing her client-focused approach to the team. A wellness enthusiast, she has also undertaken extensive Yoga Teacher Training, bringing the same balanced, thoughtful approach to life and design.
